The hardest thing about starting a blog is coming up with a name that is (a) good, and (b) not already in use. All of my top names were taken. I’m not going to tell you what they were, because those people might have more interesting lives than me and you’d want to read their blogs more than mine.
Actually I visited some of those blogs to spy on what kinds of rude and inconsiderate people had stolen all my excellent blog names, and – this is the worst part – the majority of them had only one post and had not been updated ever. It’s like all these unknown people had collaborated and decided amongst themselves, “Hey, let’s reserve these great blog names today and NEVER USE THEM.” I couldn’t even wait around for them to possibly delete their blog. You know what happens when you delete a blog? It disappears into the vastness of cyberspace but the name is never usable again.
This started out as a blog about life, cats, and family, but quickly morphed into a food blog (which is what I really always wanted to talk about anyway). So from The Sharp Notes to Rosemary Kitchen, thanks for reading 🙂
